On February 15, 2018 Houston Children’s Charity (HCC) hosted the Young Houstonians for Houston Children’s Charity winter mixer at Rosemont. The nearly 140 guests in attendance enjoyed a fun evening of networking and enjoying cocktails while endeavoring to make a difference in the lives of underserved children. Young Houstonians for Houston Children’s Charity’s founding chair, Rachael Gordon, and BMW representative Maria Moncada Alaoui addressed the crowd by welcoming participants and thanking them for their involvement and continued generosity.
Raffle tickets were sold for the chance to win unique items and experiences, which included: a one-night staycation at the Royal Sonesta Houston plus a luxury rental provided by BMW of West Houston; an iPic Theatres gift certificate and dinner at Le Colonial; $500 worth of hair products, styling tools, and treatments from Kharisma Hair Studio; a $100 Topgolf gift certificate plus a $200 gift certificate from STAG – Provisions for Men; and a month of unlimited yoga at Black Swan Yoga.
The sponsors for this inspiring event, which raised $11,000 to benefit HCC efforts, were BMW of West Houston and The Richland Companies.
