#MAKEAPROMISE COCKTAIL PARTY CELEBRATING THE ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF

 LOUIS VUTTION’S PARTNERSHIP WITH UNICEF

In honor of Louis Vuitton’s one year global partnership with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), Louis Vuitton launched its first #MAKEAPROMISE day to raise funds for children in urgent need through its global network of stores. 

 

In 2016, Louis Vuitton partnered with UNICEF to support the world’s most vulnerable children around the world. Since this time, with the sales of the Silver Lockit, $2.5M has been donated to UNICEF. One year later January 12th, 2017, approximately 200 guests came to the Louis Vuitton Houston Galleria store for a private cocktail party to help Louis Vuitton renew its promise to bring hope for a better life for these children. 

 

While sipping Ruinart champagne guests purchased Silver Lockit bracelets and/or pendants and went to a special instore photo booth to post a photo of themselves on social media with pinkie promise and #MAKEAPROMISE. A giant screen in the storefront window, livestreamed photos with the hashtag #MAKEAPROMISE from Louis Vuitton stores worldwide.
