The 28th Annual Fort Bend Education Foundation’s Gala, A Night at the Races, took place on the open-air concourse at Constellation Field on March 6.  The event, presented by Perdue Brandon Fielder Collins & Mott LLP, netted nearly $250,000 for Grants to Teachers and Schools.  Guests feasted on a Derby-inspired dinner, while the Ridge Point High School band entertained and various FBISD high school students made a run for the roses in the Stick Horse Races.  Every school in Fort Bend ISD participated by providing a Silent Auction basket.  Gala Co-Chairs Mindy Cabble and GenaHorak applauded the guests for their efforts to support the Fort Bend Education Foundation to provide opportunities to enrich and enhance the quality of education for all Fort Bend ISD students.
