You won’t want to miss the opportunity to be part of this meaningful program or to be spoiled with a memorable brunch prepared by Houston’s own James Beard Award-Winning Chef, Chris Shepherd. From the moment his restaurant, Underbelly, opened in 2012, Shepherd began changing the city’s culinary landscape by buying local and celebrating our diverse culture. In 2014, he received the James Beard Award for Best Chef: Southwest. With One Fifth, Georgia James, and UB Preserv, Shepherd continues representing and expanding our palates. His foundation, Southern Smoke, has distributed over $5.2 million, both directly and through the Emergency Relief Fund, to people in the food and beverage industry who are in need, and to organizations that represent the needs of people in the industry. Along with event chair, Diane Riley and The Women’s Home CEO Anna Coffey and Chef Shepherd, an advocate for mental health, will take part in the virtual celebration.

As a sponsor, you will receive your meal at the location of your choice and have access to the virtual program at your convenience. Sponsorship levels include: Hope, $2,500; Compassion, $5,000; Healing, $10,000; Empowerment, $25,000; Presenting, $35,000; and Legacy, $50,000. Individual ticket release is to be determined.

CKW LUXE is proud to be the Media Sponsor for this year’s event.

About The Women’s Home

The Women’s Home builds communities that strengthen women and support families as they reclaim their stability. The nonprofit, which has been around for more than 6 decades, prepares women and their families to become empowered and productive forces in their communities. The Women’s Home is not a shelter or a detox program. They provide safe living spaces and offer ongoing treatment of the whole person: emotional/mental, financial, physical, social, spiritual and vocational. They also have a long-term residential treatment program in Montrose and 2 permanent supportive housing complexes along with a community center in Spring Branch. When you support The Women’s Home, you’re not just helping 1 woman or 1 family: you’re helping our whole Houston community become stronger and more resilient!
