WHAT:      The 34th Annual Houston Chronicle Best Dressed Luncheon + Neiman                       Marcus Fashion Presentation, featuring Zac Posen

Houston’s highest profile and most popular fashion show celebrates the                   2016 Best Dressed Women of Houston, while raising funds for the                             March of Dimes. Over the years, the event has raised over $7.5 million                       to help moms have full-term pregnancies and research the problems                       that threaten the health of babies.

WHY:         Premature birth is the #1 killer of babies. Premature babies often spend                   their first weeks in the Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU) fighting for                       life, and often have lasting consequences such as vision and hearing                         loss or learning disabilities.

Funds raised by the luncheon support lifesaving research and                                    community programs in Houston that help moms have healthy, full-                          term pregnancies and healthy babies.

WHEN:        Tuesday, March 22, 2016, 11:30 a.m.

WHERE:      The Hilton Americas; 1600 Lamar Street

With chapters and divisions nationwide, March of Dimes works to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. About 4 million babies are born in the United States each year, and the March of Dimes has helped each and every one through over 75 years of research, education, vaccines, and breakthroughs.
